Return Policy

If it is necessary to return a part or item to Niemiec Marine, Inc., a return authorization is needed before any item will be accepted for return. A return authorization will be given verbally over the telephone (508-997-1805) or in writing via email (returns@marinedieselparts.com). If the customer is returning a part because of a mistake made by the customer, that customer may be subject to a 15% restocking fee on all returned items. Certain items are non-returnable. These items include all special order parts and all electrical items. No returns after 30 days of sale.
